Dutch MP accepted Islam while writing anti-Islam books
Joram van Cleverne, a hard-right politician from the Netherlands and former MP for the country's parliament, has embraced Islam. Clavern says he has become a convert to writing a critical book about Islam.
In an interview to Dutch radio, he said, while writing the book, I have studied a lot about Islam, which has changed my perception of Islam.
He was elected a member of parliament from the Freedom Party (PVV) from 20-24. But after the Great Wilders' call on the 27th, he left the party and formed a new political party. He was defeated in the Netherlands national elections in the 21st. Cleverne said goodbye to politics after losing the election.
